With more than 20 years of experience in both blue-chip corporations and smaller companies, much of it in leadership roles, I developed a keen understanding of the challenges that come with leadership. Over time, I realized that leadership can often be a lonely place. Leaders are expected to perform at their best in every situation, yet they rarely have a safe, confidential space to turn to for independent support. This realization led me to become a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
My background also includes an MSc in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi School of Management, one of the world’s most highly regarded business schools.

So, what’s the story? 😊
Well, luckily for me, it’s a very interesting one.
A long time ago, I came across an article in the Financial Times about leadership coaching. It sparked my curiosity, and soon I found myself diving into research. The evidence was clear: leadership coaching works remarkably well, and can transform careers, teams, and elevate entire organizations.
By then, I had over 20 years of industry experience, most of it in leadership roles. And if there’s one thing I learned, it is that being a leader comes with a whole set of challenges that no one hands you a manual for. The expectations are high, the problems are complex, and too often, leaders are expected to simply figure it out alone.
Inspired, I simply joined the dots between my calling to help others grow and my experience as a leader, and I never looked back.
It has been a long but very enjoyable journey to get my coaching qualifications as a Certified Executive Coach by The Center for Executive Coaching and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with The International Coaching Federation.
Today, I get to do what I love every day: supporting leaders in unlocking their potential, navigating challenges, achieving meaningful, lasting success, and thriving.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journeys, and their growth and accomplishments continue to inspire and fulfill me.
